I'm in a really BIG shock!!    My husband's mistake is incredible, but it is nothing in comparison with your driver and your HONESTY, this is what is really amazing and unbelievable.  How is this possible in such time we live???  Probably is the first time I see something like this. 

 You know, since I became a mother, I started working extra on getting closer to God, trying to change myself into a better person,  studying and participating in different classes and apostolic groups and doing my own work.   And something important I've learned is that is it necessary to understand about people's weakness and always  be ready to forgive.   But now, reading your mail, what I realize is that I was never prepared for receive the opposite, something really good!. something as good as you just did !  

   You impacted me deeply, and made me feel blessed.   I know we all are instruments of God, but it is very rare to meet someone who let Him work through them .  Thank you so much for letting me see Him through you.  You must be very proud of yourself, not anyone could do what you did.  You are truly  an amazing person !!!    God bless you !!

 Today my husband finally confessed to me, that in effect, he had lost 200.00 usd, but he didn't tell me anything because he didn't want to worry me, but he was so relieved when I told him.  You please give your driver 30.00 dollars and our thanks and please say Marie to take as much as she need to pay the mail or delivery.  In fact the 200.00 dollars or even more, wont be enough to pay the highness you showed.

A few of our friends went to Orlando sometime in April and they recommended
us to use the shuttle bus and another transportation company and we are extremely 
glad that we never take their advise and instead used Murray Hill.
 
We are very happy with Murray Hill, the SUV that you sent were new, clean and
neat and most of all, the driver you sent for both transfers, Gabriel was fantastic.
He was nice, friendly, helpful and polite. We were picked up punctually and thanks John
for sending Gabriel right to our Villa at the Sheraton Vistana Resort to pick us up.

She was very knowledgeable about the area considering the fact she has only been here 5 years. The van and the Tahoe that was used was clean and neat. Karina delivered all 7 of us to our locations and helped us with the luggage, not an easy task. We had a lot of luggage.

Our Thanks to you, John and Tony for making our first trip to Orlando a wonderful experience. Despite departing late from Metro airport and missing our connecting flight in Newark, we had to scramble to get another flight to Orlando putting us an hour and a half late arriving at Orlando airport.  When we arrived it was a struggle to find our luggage and  then to find our ride to the hotel.

 We would like to Thank you for sending Tony back for us, It was a long day and everyone was tired.  He was like a breath of fresh air, very courteous and polite and willing to wait for us while we did our shopping. What a wonderful service to stop at the Publix to do some shopping it sure saved us on spending to eat at the resort.  Although we arrived late to our Hotel we were glad that we had your personalized service to get us there. We would also like to Thank John for bringing the cooler to our Hotel he went beyond the call of duty.

Hi!  I just wanted to write a quick note to say what a wonderful employee you have in Karina.  She was my driver for both legs of my trip to Walt Disney World this week.

She was very professional, very helpful, courteous, friendly, and a great tour guide of Orlando (what I saw of it between the airport and Disney). She was waiting for me at the bottom of the escalator at baggage claim and insisted on helping me with my luggage even though she's no bigger than I am. :-) And on the return trip, I made sure I was out front 10 minutes early to wait for her, and she still got there first!

Since I'd never been to Orlando before and I don't particularly enjoy driving in strange places, it was such a relief to have someone else take care of that for me. I'm not sure I mentioned in my reservation that I was a solo female, and I wouldn't have minded if you had sent a man to drive me, but I have to say it did make me feel a little bit more at ease that you sent a woman. Anyway, the whole experience was great and I will definitely use your services again and recommend you to everyone I know. Thanks again for helping to make my trip that much more enjoyable.

We've been back from our trip for a couple of weeks now, and I just had to let you know how much we appreciated your business on our Disney trip.  Our driver was waiting for us when we were on our way down to pick up our luggage. 

 What a nice man Marcelo was.  He could not have been any nicer.  We were two families traveling together, and he helped us both out with our luggage.  The weather was awful so he offered to take us for our Disney picture on the way back to the airport.  The trip to the store was great. 

 We made plans for him to come back at 9:00 a.m. on August 31 the day of our departure.  He was on time, and still very courteous to us.  As a matter of fact, my 7 year old son left his hat in the van.  Marcelo still had the hat 1 week later.  If we ever come back again, we definitely will utilize your services again.  We would definately love to have Marcelo again.

 I had heard so many horror stories about leaving the airport and getting to your hotel.  We had such a pleasant surprise when we used your services.  I have told many friends about your service and how great it is.

I booked your company to pick our party up at Orlando Airport on the 19 October. I wanted to write and thank you for all your help and assistance while we were staying in Florida.
 
We were met promptly at the airport by the most courteous and friendly of drivers.  He had the most wonderful sense of humor and took time to point out directions and short routes for us.  He is the most wonderful ambassador for your company.  He collected us the next day to take us to pick up the hire car and despite his direction I still managed to get lost.  Women + Maps+ Directions don't work in your country either!  Titusville is nowhere near Kissimmee.
 
I can think of nothing worse after a nine hour flight than having to negotiate the hire car desk, find your car, find your way to pick up the villa key and then find your villa.  Your company takes all the hassle away.
 
I have kept your card and passed your e mail address and web site details onto several of my friends who are visiting Florida in the next few months.
 
Thank you once again for all your help. I missed the name of our driver but I do know that he came from Barbados (Mr. Hinds) so could you please pass on our thanks to him.

I would like to say that the smoothest part of my landing and checking in at Disney world  was Murray Hill Transportation.  Raymond was fantastic.  Was there on time, helped with my luggage, loaded and unloaded at the hotel and was right on time to pick us up for our return trip, I just cannot say enough.  I go to Disney every two to three years and will not hesitate to use you again.   I have already given your internet address www.transportation2disney.com to a friend that is planning on going on vacation to Disney World in the spring or fall, and also my son and wife are planning a trip in March.

I was concerned when I first booked, (but I hated Mears transportation so was willing to try anything) simply because I had tried to find some information about your company through Florida trav and convention and better business bureau and could find nothing,  BUT  I must tell you, it was much more comfortable and efficient than my other trips.  Didn't use the store stop, but will definitely use it next time.

 Thank You for the awesome transportation-Johnny is Great!  He was right at the baggage claim with a sign welcoming our children to Walt Disney World (just as we had requested)-even though our flight was late.  We had the store stop and and the picture at the gates of Disney.  He was also prepared with all THREE booster seats! 

 Even though the pick-up time for our return trip to the airport was at 7:30 in the morning, Johnnie was right on time.  We walked out of the hotel doors and he was right there to load us up.  I cannot thank you enough for making the transportation to the hotel and back to the airport so worry-free.  I have already begun to tell my friends and family of our wonderful experience and they have all agreed that if and when they travel to Orlando Florida that they are going to use your company for their transportation.

I just wanted to comment on how impressive and complete your website is, and also how friendly and helpful John was just now when I booked via
telephone.

We have been looking for a new transportation service from MCO to WDW, and I think we have found it.  :-)   Previous experiences have not always been the best, and sometimes have been bad with drivers being up to 1 1/2 hours late, rude telephone operators, drivers charging a different rate than what was quoted, etc.  In fact, the reason I booked by telephone instead of via the internet (having found your site via google.ca) was due to one of those bad experiences when a company didn't check their email bookings.

If your transportation matches the opinion I have formed based on your web site and booking procedure, we have finally found what we have been looking for!

Some of the things which you offer, btw, really impressed me --- the
grocery stop (which I have seen with other companies) and things I haven't seen elsewhere such as the other stops you offer, the Main Entrance Picture, and rental availability for a cooler and/or microwave which I think is fantastic even though we don't need it as we're going to Old Key West.

I'm hoping that after more than 40 trips from Canada to WDW in the past 10 years that we have found a transportation company which will be used for the next 40 trips.  :-)   If this works out, I will definitely recommending you to the friends on my email list, all of whom travel regularly to WDW, and several of whom visit much more frequently that we do.

So sorry it took so long to send this but I wanted to send you a commendation on your service.

We used MHT for our pick up from MCO to the Old Key West Resort on Sept 12.  The driver was wonderful!  ( I forgot his name, however).  He took us for our Publix supermarket trip and provided us with a great index of where things were in the store.  The whole experience was great and so well organized...from the pick up to the car seats we ordered for our children to the supermarket trip!  Truly outstanding service!

On the way back to the airport on Sept 15, our driver again, was wonderful (I also forgot his name....my apologies).  What deserves special mention is that my 3 year old daughter left her newly acquired Disney Princess dolls in the van (they had fallen under the seat).  She was simply heartbroken as you can imagine. I called your office and you were able to catch the driver who was still on the airport grounds and he very kindly drove back to where he dropped us off and delivered the dolls to my daughter...she was positively elated!

I am writing to compliment you on the service that we received from your company. We booked for you to take us from the Orlando airport to our hotel at the start of our holiday and vice versa at the end of our stay.

 We recently used MH transportation on a trip to Disney World.  We wanted you to know how very pleased we were with the service and with the drivers' personalities.  They were both very friendly and informative about our first trip to Disney. 

Although, I am terrible with names, I particularly wanted
to thank our return driver, a young Christian man, picked us up at 5:30
promptly at the Polynesian on the 28th of July and took us to the Sanford airport.  We were particularly impressed with him.  When we return, or if friends need assistance with transportation, I will definitely recommend your service.  Thank you for giving us a great beginning and ending to our family vacation!
