We just wanted to write and say how great your  services are!  Our flight was delayed over 3 hours and Johnny was there waiting for us when we finally arrived.  He was very helpful with our luggage, and it was so nice to have a booster seat provided for us so we didn't have to bring one.  We also rented the deluxe stroller, and received a stroller in very good condition that was a godsend for our week at Disney (even though our youngest child is four). 

The store stop was a nice touch, and the sheet provided that showed where items were located really help speed things along, and reminded me of things I had left off my list.  We got a great family photo at the gate, where Johnny made sure our digital camera shot turned out and even took pictures with my daughter's camera.  We considered MH transportation a great value and will recommend it to anyone who travels to Orlando.  It saved us over $50 in transfer fees on a crowded bus, and at least that much in Disney stroller rental fees.

Hi Marie, 

I just wanted to extend a long overdue thank you. I had some reservations about booking our hotel transfer on the internet with a company that I did not know.  But those reservations were laid to rest when, on January 28th, we arrived in Orlando from Buffalo ... over an hour and a half late.  I had a bad feeling that we would be carrying our bags to the Pop Century Resort because we were so late. 

But as our party of 8 came down the escalator to the baggage claim ... there was Johnny from Murray Hill Transportation wearing a big smile and a sign that said "Janssen".  Boy was I relieved.  Johnny was absolutely fantastic.  First, for waiting so patiently but also for his fantastic service.  He quickly led us to the baggage claim, got our luggage and had us loaded into the van in no time. 

The grocery stop was excellent.  Anyone traveling to Disney should make sure they gather some goodies before heading to their resort.  It is a real time and money saver.  It's great to have some snacks and drinks readily available in your room after a long day trudging through the parks.  Anyhow, Johnny quickly whisked us away to Publix.  He even had a map laying out the grocery aisles in order to expedite our shopping.  And it worked!  The eight of us were in and out in 15 minutes.  We were packed to the hilt with luggage and groceries but Johnny didn't seem to mind as he quickly got us to the Pop Century Resort were he graciously helped us unload all 27 pieces of luggage and groceries.  What can I say but ... FANTASTIC!!!  It got our trip off to a great start!  On the return trip back to the airport Johnny was on time and he even took the time to take our picture at the Disney entrance.  I've attached a copy of the picture. 

Marie, your company and driver are first rate.  I can't thank you enough for the great service Murray Hill and Johnny provided.  I have gladly recommended you to our friends and to our travel agency ... The Canadian Automobile Agency (CAA).  I have urged them to get in contact with you so that they can use your service when making arrangements for future visitors. 

I just wanted to say thanks.  The money and time that we saved by not using the "Disney" transportation service was easily in excess of $200.  And when your traveling on a budget ... every little bit helps.  Thanks again and say hi to Johnny. Feel free if you would like to use any of my comments or photo on your web site.
